Fall cookin’

When I canned my pumpkin, there was a little over that didn’t fit in the jars. What to do? Pumpkin donuts with brown sugar frosting!!

When I was a kid, being that I lived on a farm, every Sunday we had a nice meal with dessert. I sometimes do that now.

Salad, roast chicken, stuffing, potatoes and gravy, cauliflower and Apple crisp for dessert.

Fall

I am lucky that I learned how to can many years ago. It is a common activity for me in the fall.

Enough pumpkin for 10 pies. I think that will be enough for the year! 🎃
