Final Day in the U.P.

We started in the morning heading north. I had visions of seeing many waterfalls, but ended up seeing three. Still, they were a joy to see. First stop, “Laughing Whitefish Falls”, this had a short walk in and then 152 steps down to the bottom. (Leonard counted. šŸ™‚ After this one, he decided that he didn’t want to go to anymore that you had to walk to.

Very nice steps to get to the bottom! I liked the rock around this one.

    Cool formations of rock around this one. I read that this one would be best viewed in the spring.

    Alger Falls is just on the side of the road. Still cool.
    The last one we visited was the one we liked the best, that we had seen on this day. Wagner Falls, I love the sound of the water as it flows over the rock formations.
